Chair Yoga

I looked for a yoga studio close to home. I went there and enrolled in yoga classes. Strength and flexibility did not come easy for me. So many poses felt completely impossible. I practiced every day. I knew that if someone else could do it, so could I, so I never gave up. I did it every day for six months. At that point the pain disappeared; I visited the neurosurgeon and he told me that I did not need surgery anymore. At that moment I felt free, no more doctors, no more medicine. Yoga transformed my life. So I decided to become a yoga instructor to heal the world with yoga. I could collaborate with other healers in the world to do it together, helping people to be free of pain. I began pursuing becoming a yoga instructor and I saw movement that I have never seen before. At that moment something in me was awakened. I was inspired and full of passion.

This is why I practice and this is why I teach.
